We'll have a basic schedule for regular conversations, but a lot of our most important work together will be spur of the moment – we're there when you need us. Just text or call us.

• in twice-monthly one-on-one sessions

• in ad hoc calls and face-to-face conversations, whenever you need support

 

We’ll start our work together by developing a plan to address your highest priority issues. Then, we’ll meet twice a month to discuss those issues - with Andrea, Matt, Daniel or some combination. Expect to do some thinking and learning on your own – learning doesn’t happen in a single conversation.

Separate from that regular meeting tempo, we’re on standby to help you when the sh*t hits the fan. Whether it’s a big opportunity or a nasty problem, we’re ready to jump on a call – or grab a cup of coffee or go on a long walk – to help you sort through it. 

 

There’s no clock ticking and no variable pricing. We keep our client list small so we can devote the time you need to help you do your best work.
